This policy explains what [LEGAL_ENTITY — TO BE COMPLETED] ("KwikClips", "we", "us") collects when you use kwikclips.co, why, and what you can do about it.
Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name, profile picture, and Google account identifier. We store these to identify your account. We never receive your Google password.
Content you provide. Images you upload, prompts you write, and the clips and images the service generates for you.
Usage records. For every generation we record the account, the prompt, the model used, the credits charged, and the time. We keep a record of prompts that were refused by our content screening, including the prompt text and the category matched.
Transactions. A record of credit purchases and usage. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Technical data. Server logs generated in the normal course of operating the service.

We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising.
Model providers. Your prompts and uploaded images are sent to the third-party providers that run the AI models, so they can generate your output. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Hosting and infrastructure providers, which process data on our behalf to run the service.
Law enforcement and legal process, where we are required to disclose, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm.
NCMEC. Where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material we are required by law to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, together with the associated account information and content. This happens without notice to the account holder.
A successor, if the business is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

We keep generation and moderation records longer than content itself because they are what let us investigate a report, respond to legal process, and show that we enforced our policies. Where we are legally required to preserve material — for example in connection with a report to NCMEC or a law enforcement preservation request — we retain it for as long as the law requires regardless of the periods above.

Deleting content does not retract a report already made to NCMEC or to law enforcement, and does not delete records we are required to preserve.
Access to the service requires a signed-in account, and your images, clips, and projects are scoped to your account. Sessions use signed cookies. We use encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
KwikClips is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact [PRIVACY_EMAIL — TO BE COMPLETED] and we will remove it.
