Acceptable Use Policy

This policy governs what you may and may not create, upload, or distribute using KwikClips. It applies to everything you put into the service — prompts, uploaded images, and the clips the service produces for you — and it forms part of the Terms of Service.

If you break this policy we may remove the content, suspend or terminate your account without refund, and where the law requires it, report you to the authorities.

You are responsible for what you create

KwikClips generates video from prompts and images that you supply. You decide what to make. You are responsible for the result, for having the rights to any image you upload, and for how you use what you download.

Prohibited content

You may not use KwikClips to create, upload, or attempt to create:

Content involving minors

• Any sexual or sexualized depiction of a minor, or of a person presented as a

minor, in any style, whether photorealistic, stylized, animated, or otherwise. This is prohibited absolutely and without exception.

• Uploading images of real minors in order to generate sexualized, intimate, or

suggestive output from them.

• Content that sexualizes childhood, or that depicts a minor in a manner

intended to elicit sexual interest.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children as required by law, along with the account information associated with it. There is no warning and no appeal before we do so.

Intimate imagery of real people without consent

• Nude, sexual, or intimate depictions of an identifiable real person created

without that person's consent, including by uploading their photograph.

• Content that places an identifiable person into sexual or intimate situations

they did not agree to, whatever the source of the likeness.

• Content created to harass, humiliate, coerce, or extort a person.

Deception and impersonation

• Content presenting a real, identifiable person as saying or doing something

they did not say or do, where a viewer could reasonably take it as genuine.

• Impersonating a real person, business, or public institution.
• Fabricated depictions of news events, disasters, crimes, or emergencies

presented as real footage.

• Content designed to deceive voters about an election, a candidate, or the

process of voting.

• Content made to facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, or financial deception.

Violence, harm, and illegal activity

• Content that depicts or promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or that is

produced for or on behalf of a violent extremist organization.

• Realistic depictions of violence against an identifiable real person, or

content that threatens a specific person or group.

• Content that promotes or provides instruction for serious harm, including

weapons manufacture, attacks on people or infrastructure, or self-harm.

• Content depicting or promoting human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Content that promotes or facilitates any activity that is criminal where you

are or where we operate.

Rights of others

• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other

intellectual property.

• Uploading an image you do not own or otherwise have the right to use.
• Content that uses a person's name, voice, or likeness commercially without

their permission.

Adult sexual content

KwikClips is not a service for producing pornography. You may not use it to create sexually explicit content, whether or not the people depicted are real and whether or not they consented.

Prohibited conduct

Separately from what you create, you may not:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or probe the safeguards described in this policy,

including by obfuscating a prompt, splitting a request across steps, or using an uploaded image to accomplish what a prompt would be refused for.

• Share your account, or use another person's account.
• Access the service by automated means, resell access, or run it as a backend

for another product, without our written permission.

• Attempt to access other users' images, clips, projects, or account data.
• Interfere with the service's operation or place unreasonable load on it.
• Use the service if you are under 18, or if you are barred from it

under applicable law or sanctions.

Upstream provider terms

KwikClips generates video and images through third-party model providers. Your use of the service is also subject to their acceptable use terms, and content prohibited by those providers is prohibited here regardless of anything else in this policy.

How we enforce this

What we monitor. We record the prompt, the account, and the timestamp for every generation. We screen prompts against a list of prohibited categories before sending them to a model provider, and we log refusals. We do not routinely review the content of your clips, but we can and do examine specific accounts and generations when we receive a report or become aware of a possible violation.

What we do about violations. Depending on severity and history, we may remove content, refuse a generation, suspend the account, terminate the account without refund of unused credits, and preserve or disclose records to law enforcement. For content involving the sexual exploitation of minors we report to NCMEC as described above, and termination is immediate.

Automated screening is not perfect. A refused prompt does not mean you did something wrong, and a prompt that goes through has not been approved. You remain responsible for what you generate either way.

Reporting a violation

If you believe content generated on KwikClips violates this policy, or depicts you without your consent, contact us at [ABUSE_EMAIL — TO BE COMPLETED] with enough detail to identify the content. Reports of non-consensual intimate imagery and of content involving minors are prioritized ahead of everything else.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service, the law, or the abuse we see changes. Material changes require your acceptance before you can continue generating.
